It is a shag rug. Beautiful color. Super soft and feels wonderful on your feet. Smooth feel. I like and would recommend. I feel the price is a stealBought 4 of these for my classroom to make my tile floor more comfortable and my kids love them!This rug is perfect for my sons room. It is big enough but not too big and super soft.Got exactly what I asked for and very easy to build.I love the color and it’s just what I was looking for to go in a room that my girls share. It ties in with both of their very different comforters but the best part is how soft it is! They play dolls and read on it and it’s been great!Others have said it was too thin, too slick and that you couldn't vacuum it. Yes, it's got a thin padding, but that's remedied with a carpet pad if you feel the need. It clings to my laminate flooring without stickiness. The "slick" feeling goes away after walking on it a few days. I just vacuumed it without the vacuum sucking it up, so, no complaint there. Is it cheap? Yep. But the quality isn't nearly as bad as others might have you believe. I spilled coffee on it and it washed up without leaving a stain, and fluffed right back up. Would I order another? In a heartbeat.This rug is definitely NOT to be vacuumed on. It doesn’t matter what vacuum you use, nothing will be picked up from your rug and it will be spread around. This rug was very soft for a while. I’ve had it for almost a year now and it’s still in my room. I’d recommend this rug for an office or something.This rug is soft, cushy and really pretty, the only problem is the fibers seem to be quite far apart so if you walk in the same place more than a few times, the pile lays down and you can see the white foam padding underneath (if you are purchasing a white rug I think it would be a non issue)I, however, chose a light gray and the white padding is really noticeable.
